Telemarketer Job at Trova Advisory Group
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making multiple outbound calls to potential customers to set up an appointment with one of our sales people. You will be making 150+ calls a day.
- Understanding a customer’s needs and offering solutions and support
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns
- Maintaining a database (CRM) of customers
- Answering customer questions and follow-up questions
- Work with other departments to ensure a smooth sale and service process
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics
Desired Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in an outbound call center is highly desired. Prior inside sales experience or related sales experience helpful
- Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
- Poise and self-assurance in making outbound calls and creating email communication
- Confidence with virtual calling platforms and screen time (Facetime, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) with the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers face-to-face
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Previous experience using a CRM and Salesforce experience highly desired
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Due to the nature of our business, this position is not eligible for remote or a hybrid work situation.
- We prefer someone with a bachelor’s degree; however not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
