***Axiom Staffing is in Search of a Skilled Mechanic/Repair Tech for a Busy Tractor Manufacturer in Ellabell***
- $23-$25/hr
- 1st shift; 6a-2:30p
- This is a temporary position expected to last 2-4 months, could possibly become permanent
- The Rework associate is responsible for performing all corrective measures needed to repair defects on tractors and associated parts / assemblies.
- They will repair defective machines, electrical systems, hydraulic issues, sub-assemblies, components, and perform all manufacturer rework tasks as assigned by management.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues found in defective tractors.
- Repair broken sub-assemblies and components.
- Performs minor body work and touchup paint.
- Use an Electronic Diagnostic Tool to resolve defective tractors.
- Tracks, monitors, and reports the status of all rework Ag tractors to management.
- 2-3 years of experience working with engines, with hydraulics, with electrical systems, and with A/C systems.
