Job Overview:

The License Permit Technician (LPT) position is responsible for the processing of online driver's license renewals. Specifically, it requires the auditing of medical documents received by our customers through our online renewal system. The incumbent applies that information to our licensing system to determine eligibility and renewal requirements for our Montana drivers.

This is a temporary position scheduled to end 11/30/2023.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year of experience working with computerized data systems and performing customer service.
• Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The selection procedures to be used in evaluating the applicant's qualification may include, but are not limited to, an evaluation of the résumé, a structured interview, performance test, academic transcripts, reference/background checks and fingerprint checks.
