Test Engineer Job at MGA Research Corporation
MGA Research Corporation is an independent engineering services firm that provides physical testing, engineering evaluation, and equipment development services for a wide range of industries. These industries include aerospace, automotive, military, batteries, child seat, and mobility. We currently operate nine (9) locations worldwide with multiple expansions planned in the next several years.
We are looking for a test engineer to provide “hands-on” test engineering including project setup, specifications, and performance.This team member will work directly with business, quality, and safety leaders.
The ideal candidate should have a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. MGA’s culture is to hire candidates who have just graduated from college and be able to give the proper training to gain more knowledge. This allows for a high degree of professional advancement for associates looking to develop their career at MGA.
In addition, ideal candidates for this Entry-Level Position will exhibit the following qualifications:
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering (depending on the positions available)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a rapidly-expanding engineering services company
- An ambition and willingness to take on projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Energy and friendliness, willing to work hard with and for our customers
- Team-orientation with a leadership skill-set
- A high degree of moral and professional integrity
