Plant technicians are hired as members of a high-performance work team. Technician work teams are responsible for operating production lines, keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

To be successful in this position:

• Technicians must have a minimum of 1 year experience operating a Tetra Pak filler.

• Technicians must be able to perform various types of work such as: operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed making, packing and other production related equipment; using basic hand and power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.).

• Technicians will be required to perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

• Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, confront business-related problems and continuously improve the equipment and processes.

Qualifications:

• PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE WITH A TETRA PAK FILLER REQUIRED (minimum 1 yr.)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

• Must have a stable work history

- Must be willing and able to work on a 2-2-3
shift, either day or night shift

• Must be able to pass a drug screen, and physical

• Must be willing and able to submit to and pass a background check

• Must be able to successfully pass a basic skills assessment test.

PREFERRED:

• Individuals with experience or training in manufacturing processes to include:

• Operating and maintaining automated equipment

• Computer systems and product distribution systems

• Possess a strong technical aptitude, proven leadership, problem solving skills, solid interpersonal skills.

• Be able to demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment

• Ability to work well in a team-based, diverse culture and with experience in liquid process or packing operations.
