Provide face to face clinical addiction services to youth 13-17 referred to Juvenile Drug Court offered through IMPOWER and Seminole County Court System.

This position is a non-exempt, hourly position with a pay range of $26.44 - $30.14 depending on experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Adhere to credentialing requirements as outlined by IMPOWER, funder requirements and the Council on Accreditation. This includes submitting documentation and completing applications for all IMPOWER funders, without exception, with 30 days of date of hire.
• Provide face to face individual, group and family Substance Abuse Treatment services to assigned Drug Court clients using evidenced based interventions.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with agency, community and court partnerships.
• Appear in court as required by the program, work closely with judge and attorneys
• Maintain working knowledge of program details and requirements so that providing information to public, more specifically court personnel, comes with ease, in efforts to solicit referrals from court system.
• Communicate with court designees and officials regarding Drug Court participants within required timeframes. (monthly court reports, violations, client requests)
• Carry and maintain an average caseload of 22 clients
• Perform drug screening for clients as needed
• Complete non billable notes on all missed appointments and non billable client contacts within 48 hours of the missed service or reported interaction.
• Participate in all scheduled supervision session and case staffing as well as schedule court appearances.
• Follow HIPAA rules and IMPOWER Policies & Procedures regarding confidentiality of client information.
• Follow state mandated abuse & neglect reporting procedures and IMPOWER Policies & Procedures regarding abuse/neglect of children, disabled individuals, or elderly individuals.
• Submit Incident Reports as specified in IMPOWER Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain a local landline telephone or a cell phone with a confidential voice mail phone number to be checked on a daily basis. Voice mail must identify your name, agency name, and state to call 9-1-1 as an emergency contact. Respond to supervisory as outlined in IMPOWER Policy and Procedures.
• Check IMPOWER email account a minimum of once daily and respond to any emails within 24 hours.
• Complete required training courses within designated time frames as identified by the Director of Prevention and Support Services, Clinical Manager and/or Human Resources.
• Abide by the ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standards of IMPOWER.
• Complete timesheets daily in Paylocity & make all PTO, OT and sick time requests as specified in IMPOWER Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications, Education, Experience:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a human services related field with counseling experience from an accredited college or university
• At least 2 year of providing clinical Substance Abuse services in individual, group and family sessions.
• CAP Certification preferred
• Successful background screenings through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, State and County
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance, and successful motor vehicle driving record background check
• Negative result from a multi panel drug screen
