Light of the Rockies Christian Counseling Center is excited to be expanding.

Light of the Rockies Christian Counseling Center has been serving the Northern Colorado area as a Non Profit counseling center since 1994. We have a staff of 12 therapists, a Leadership
Team of 5 individuals, an administrative team of 4 people, a Board of Directors, and a thriving internship program. We see clients aging from 3 to 95 and work with individuals, couples, and families. Our team is passionate about providing affordable counseling based on sound psychology and the tenets of the Christian faith. While we are a group of people with common faith, we counsel individuals of our same faith, different faith, or no faith. At Light of the Rockies, we value teamwork and community and find that operating like a private practice within a group practice gives us a unique blend of autonomy and community.

Position Title: Therapist

Location: Fort Collins (and some hours remote if desired)

Role Qualifications:
- A graduate level psychological degree through a CACREP accredited program
- An individual with outstanding people skills and therapeutic skills
- A current Colorado LPC or LMFT license with no past history of grievances against your license
- Willingness to be paneled with insurance (we can help with this process and the office team will cover the billing process)

Preferred:
- While excellent therapeutic skills with all populations is crucial, extensive expertise working with children, teens, and families and a willingness to work with this population is preferred. Light of the Rockies is equipped with a playroom to aid in the therapeutic process of our younger clients.

Hours: This position will ideally be up to 20-30 counseling hours per week but is left to the discretion of the individual and discussed further in the interview process.

Compensation: Will be discussed during the interview process.
