Tier I and Tier II Technical Support Reps Job at Oneida Technical Solutions
Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex, highly regulated, highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, health care, retail, and the casino gaming industry. OTS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oneida Nation Enterprises and is the parent company of Croop-LaFrance (CLF), an experienced federal contracting firm.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Help Desk and Desktop Support Specialists to support our customer in Rome, NY
We are offering a $2,000.00 sign-on bonus to applicants possessing both a Secret Clearance (interim acceptable) and A+ Certification.
Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM.
The individual selected for this role will provide end-user support consisting of remote service and/or desk-side support in response to end-user requests for assistance. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Level-1 Helpdesk Support
- PC Deployment
- Configuration, Maintenance and troubleshooting for Information Systems, peripherals, communication devices and various operating systems.
- Software Installation
- Provide O/S support for both MAC and PC systems.
- Create/Maintain User Accounts
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of an A+ Certification.
- Secret Clearance - we can work with individuals to acquire a clearance, but employment cannot commence until the clearance is granted.
