Job Summary
For IMMEDIATE HIRE: Seeking caring, creative and enthusiastic individuals to join our teaching team. We will train the right candidates to our program curriculum which is influenced by Reggio Emilia and stresses the Basic Principles of Magna Gerber, but need our staff to enjoy singing, messy/sensory play, and outdoor/nature activities.
Teacher applicants must be team oriented, self-motivated and meet Oregon State qualifications for working with young children, be enrolled in the Oregon Criminal History Registry, have current Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handlers Card, have completed the online Child Abuse and Neglect Training, Safe Sleep Practices, Foundations in Learning and the Oregon Basic Health and Safety Course through the Early Learning Division Office of Child Care or be willing to immediately obtain upon employment.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsive and Respectful Care Giving of children, Classroom Management, Curriculum development, Documentation of Child Progress, General Housekeeping and Supervision of any Support Staff assigned.
