The Tracker Support Specialist will work to support inquires relating to the Genius Tracker™ System. In this role, you'll build your product knowledge and learn tools to resolve customer issues. You will become an advocate for the GameChange Tracker System and communicate operational and functional details to internal and customer O&M teams.

Responsibilities:
- Assist remotely both internal & customer O&M teams with tracking issues at a master or site wide issue.
- Performs critical software updates
- Provide Remote Tracker System Training
- Interface with Genius Tracker system with SSH and TCP python scripts to send commands and get data
- Technical Documentation and facilitate onsite development testing product
- Monitors site uptime performance and site analytics.
- Handle incoming RMA requests from customers and work with them to resolve faults
- Keep records of faults in the system and use them to inform development of the system
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Communicate with key stakeholders in regard to project performance, firmware rollouts, and new developments.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong Communication skills: Mastery of written and spoken English required
- 1+ year work experience in a customer-service role
- A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
- 2+ experience working with electrical/technology product.
- Well-developed analytical skills: ability to assess situations and complex problems quickly.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from an accredited college or university
- Using and administering Ticketing system
