Job Title: Emergency Department Physician

Location: Chambersburg, PA (USA)

Salary: $3000-3200 Weekly

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at Chambersburg Hospital. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, in collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible medical care for patients.

Responsibilities:

-Assess and prioritize the needs of patients presenting to the Emergency Department

- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician

- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses to care

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide high-quality, efficient patient care

- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge instructions

- Remain up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practice in emergency nursing care

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the Emergency Department

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Advocate for patients and their families to ensure that their needs are being met

Requirements:

-A Bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited institution

-2 Years experience as a traveling ED Nurse

-Valid nursing license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania

-Excellent clinical skills and a strong ability to make medical decisions quickly

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work well in a team environment

-Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
