Copper Hills Youth Center is seeking a
temporary/travel Registered Nurse (RN)
Period:
90 day commitment required
Shifts: Night Shift (5pm-5am); weekend availability w/generous SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for evenings/nights/weekends
Rate: Up to $50.00 per hr + shift differential based on experience
Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, UT, is a private residential treatment center for adolescents 12-17 years of age. We counsel, teach and mentor adolescents placed in our care and give each child a chance to make successful changes. Qualifications
Your qualifications include:
- Utah RN licensure or multi-state compact license to practice in Utah
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check and drug screen
Your essential functions/objectives:
- Assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for students
- Initial and ongoing assessment of physical health of students and educating students regarding connection between physical and mental health
- Demonstrates knowledge of Nursing Department philosophy, and assumes responsibility for maintaining Standards of Nursing Practice and Standards of Care for all patients
