As a Spray Applicator for Integrated Growth Partners (a subsidiary of Rainbow Company), your primary responsibility will be to improve plant health by providing growth control treatments to shrubs and small trees on landscape properties using industry-leading spray equipment. You will work in small teams or independently to complete work orders with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
Our growth regulator application service produces predictable results that reduce trimming/shearing needs and improve plant health. Even if you aren’t currently in the green industry, we will train anyone passionate about working outdoors for our 100% employee-owned company. This is a full-time weekday position with overtime available, based in the Fort Meyers area.

• Mix and apply our products according to company, state, and federal standards
• Spray landscapes plants using high-pressure spraying equipment
• Complete job site reports using technology
• Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment to safeguard employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area
• Prepare vehicle, tools, equipment, and materials as directed

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in an independent work environment
• High school diploma or a GED, minimum age 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and a commitment to safe operatation and driving of large vehicles, trailers, and ATV equipment
• Ability to work long days outdoors with possible overtime, in all terrain and inclement weather
• Able to travel 50% with overnights in all areas of Florida
• Experience in tree care, landscaping, or utility work
• Able to enter and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator and to operate tools and equipment

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Work is performed outdoors in any weather element. May be required to bend, reach, stoop, and lift objects; may be exposed to conditions including chemicals, the use of tools, and equipment. Safety precautions must be followed at all times, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other safety equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at any given time.
