Description:
Our client is seeking assistance with the transformation and optimization of their Existing Operational Support Service This group provides 24x7 support. Current Open Shifts:
3rd shift sat thru wed 11pm to 8 am
Experience with actively creating and updating knowledge base articles for internal/external use
- Experience with ServiceNow or IT Service Management tools
Having general knowledge of IT Operations and Infrastructure is important since this person will be supporting and monitoring the following technologies:
Mainframe-CA7, CA 11, ServiceNow, New Relic, Sterling File Gateway, Webchecks and Systems Monitoring tools like New Relic, Wiley and Spectrum.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Person must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills since they will be interacting with many of the other IT Infrastructure Teams and willing to learn clients process and procedures.
They also much be able to multi task and handling incidents, monitoring and documentation on a regular consistent basis.
The Manager typically will evaluate and gauge attitude, aptitude and accomplishments with prior demonstrated investment in education or technical certifications.
