Hello Spartanburg! We are Tropical Grille and we are incredibly excited to begin to add a few recruits to our team! Over the last ten years we have been steadily growing in upstate South Carolina. We have locations in Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, Spartanburg, Easley, Lexington, Clemson, Charlotte, Simpsonville and even Charleston!

Our Spartanburg store is located on Reidville Rd! We are currently recruiting for all positions both Front of House and Back of House. Our front of house team members are the face of our business, as well as being able to handle anything that comes their way our expectations is that they are also able to turn around and fulfill an order when necessary. Our cooks are the backbone and heart of our operation. They are expected to uphold brand and food quality standards while always keeping cool and communicating effectively. Our candidates must be reliable and friendly as the position is very much dependent on their attendance we expect only A+ personalities to represent us. We plan on opening several locations in the Carolinas in 2022 and on so this is a great opportunity to get on board with a rapidly expanding company that has plenty of room for advancement and has several new locations in the immediate future.

Candidates must have a Positive Attitude, High Energy Level, Strong Attention to Detail, Reliable Transportation to and from work, Professional Demeanor, Be Guest Focused, Have Excellent Communication Skills and a Genuine Passion for Pleasing People. Pay rates are competitive and generous for qualified candidates. Employees and managers receive tips on top of their pay and all full time employees can enroll in healthcare if desired. The Ideal Candidate will have a full availability, reliable transportation and a hunger for a challenging and rewarding work environment. We are assessing future leaders from our employee roster for our next locations as well as looking to empower our strongest candidates to move up and develop our current units.
