We are a nationwide healthcare staffing agency (Ascendo Resources) looking for a reliable CNA to care for individuals in a Long Term Care setting. We're currently partnered with a well-respected long term care facility in Jackson, MN that is in need of seasoned CNAs with geriatric care experience. These clients are working with a real sense of urgency in order to fill this position, so they're willing to pay TOP DOLLAR to get a qualified candidate in ASAP.

Schedule:

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

(*Guaranteed 40 hours/week)

Benefits/Compensation:

W2 Position

80/20 plan through Cigna - covers Health, Vision, and Dental!

• Hotel/Housing stipend will be incorporated into rates if you are traveling outside of 50 miles

**weekly pay**

$30/hr x 40 hrs = $1,200.00/week (based on 40 hour work week - paid out weekly via direct deposit every Friday morning working under contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by assisting with their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating.
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and feeding them if necessary.
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean, tidy, and safe environment by reporting environmental deficiencies including equipment or lighting problems to the charge nurse.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Active CNA license in MN
• Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care experience (must be recent - at least 2 years preferred)

• Physical ability to perform job-related duties.
• If you do not have at least 2 total years of experience and 1 recent year, you are not qualified for this position and will not be contacted.
