POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this role is to expand the sales of our PRS Platform products and to convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policies and sales direction. You will own end-to-end selling of appropriate products for all PRS Platform procedures focused on driving growth among targeted accounts within the division by leading and coaching Regional Sales Managers and all Sales Specialists. This key position will be responsible to develop a sales team and sales strategy that contributes to the achievement of the overall strategic objectives. This individual will partner with Business stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, Finance, HR and Operations to identify opportunities to promote and drive business, process and technology improvements. They will build collaborative relationships with the internal and external Direct partners to ensure alignment of business objectives with customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create strong relationships with key stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop
  • Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and sales processes, establishing high levels of accuracy, predictability, and consistency
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Coaches, directs, and manages the activities of the PRS sales organization to attain the marketing, revenue and profit goals for the PRS product lines.
  • Directs and manages the overall activities of the independent and/or direct sales organization to ensure effective implementation of PRS platform & marketing objectives
  • Partners with Donor Services to meet the tissue needs of the medical community
  • Prioritize accounts by potential for growth and maintenance of revenue
  • Calls on key accounts and key implanters to assist the PRS Sales activities and results
  • Attends trade shows and medical meetings
  • Communicates with management on established regular basis

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or biologics sales required
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience, managing a team of successful healthcare sales representatives calling on HCPs, preferably surgeons; medical device management experience a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding sale quotas required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional leadership skills to hire, develop and lead a team of world class marketing talent
  • Drives high employee engagement to deliver the best performance for the OEM organization
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to learn and teach PRS surgical procedures and techniques
