Neuro Wellness Spa and Clear Recovery Center are looking to hire an experienced Utilization Review Specialist. We specialize in Behavioral Health and Mental Health treatment facilities that provide Detoxification, Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient programs.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain authorizations for clients on behalf of patients in all levels of care Utilize various softwares such as EMR systems, KIPU, DrChrono, Microsoft Word and Excel, and other related systems.
• Manage caseloads of teen and adult patients receiving care at various facilities treating mental health and substance abuse.
• Collaborate with the insurance carriers for authorizations. Communicate via phone in a professional manner with call representatives. As well as with our clients and personnel in-person, via email, or via phone calls. Multitask between phone calls and online resources.
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review team.
• Annotate phone calls and review with facilities and insurance carriers in various systems.
• Utilize the resources of coworkers and team members and be willing to collaborate. Enhance attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Perform all other duties as assigned Skills:

Analytical Mindset Problem Solver, Critical thinking, Detail Oriented, Quick Learner, Excellent Oral & Written Communication, Customer Service, Client Relations, Time Management, Organization, Computer Literacy, Alpha/Numeric Keyboard Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Behavioral Health: 1 year (Preferred)
• Substance Abuse: 1 year (Preferred)
• Utilization review: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AAPC (Preferred)
