HDC is expanding to Van Wert, Ohio! We are looking for self motivated teaching Rockstars to join our Team! We are hiring for Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, Floaters and a Rockstar cook to prepare delicious, healthy meals and snacks.

HDC has licensed 5 star rated centers with Ohio's Step Up to Quality rating system. As a 5 star center, our teachers/assistants shall have or quickly obtain a CDA or higher, have a CPL 3 or higher, we have reduced state ratios for our age groups and follow Learning Beyond Paper hands-on play based learning.

At HDC we are looking for strong individuals to help develop and implement long and short range activities in their classrooms. If you are passionate about children, have a creative mindset and have high energy to play all day, we want to hear from you! Scheduled hours will vary between 6am and 6pm Monday thru Friday, with hours varying between 15 and 40 hours per week. Rate of pay is based on your experience and education. Raises are available after 6 weeks of work. We offer free childcare during your working hours at HDC, scholarship opportunity to earn your CDA or associates degree in ECE and other paid trainings. Conditions of Employment:

1. Be at least 18 years of age

2. Have a valid high school diploma or GED

*Lead Teachers must have at least a CDA or higher

3. Ability to pass all background checks

4. Provide an updated work physical

6. Agree to complete all necessary trainings on time
