Vehicle Sales Specialist Job at Kelly Grimsley Auto Group
Kelly Grimsley Auto Group is a family owned and operated company that has been in Odessa for over 25 years. We are seeking New and Pre-Owned Sales Specialists to add to our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude who wants to learn and grow within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer questions
- Assist customer in identifying a vehicle that meets their specific wants and needs
- Follow a pre-determined process to ensure all customers receive top-notch service in every interaction
- Follow-up on a daily basis with prior and potential customers for the dealership
- Stay up to date on all required training
- Utilize our Customer Retention Management software to track customer contacts
Work Hours
- We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm
- Schedule is open to close 5 days per week including Saturday (Off day Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

- 100% commission pay with benefits, Guarantee of $3,000 per month for first 90 days.
