Irvington Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinarian to join our team! Irvington Pet Hospital is a Fear Free certified, full-service veterinary hospital located in Fremont, CA. We have been serving the Fremont community since 1999. The Clinical Director joined Irvington Pet Hospital in March of 2021. The hospital leadership team is committed to providing New Graduate/Associate DVMs a work environment where they can advance their skills and clinical comprehensiveness. Irvington Pet Hospital boasts Fear Free certified team members and is committed to providing advanced care to our patients.

Clinical Advancement Program- for New Grads and Experienced DVMs

Irvington Pet Hospital participates in the Clinical Advancement Program that provides a structured learning program for New Graduate Veterinarians and Veterinarians looking to enhance their skills and knowledge beyond standard general practice. The program will cover foundational knowledge that helps to build confidence in your first year of practice up to advanced procedure and diagnostics training. The program consists of three approaches to learning 1) An online learning platform covering relevant topics to support you in your first year of practice clinically and professionally. 2) Structured practical skills training directly from your Clinical Director/Mentor. 3) In-person shared learning experiences, including case reviews, lectures, and wet labs amongst your peers and senior clinicians. New graduate DVMs will work alongside their Clinical Directors for at least the first six months or until they feel confident to practice alongside their peers.

Team

Irvington Pet Hospital is fully staffed, including two RVTs who can support dental extractions and surgery. We believe in taking care of our support teams and our Veterinarians. We pay our support staff above-average wages to show our admiration and respect for their skills and dedication to the profession.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
