- Client Service Representative
We are currently seeking a full time veterinary CSR for a multi doctor animal hospital. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills, be self motivated and a team player. Experience in veterinary medicine preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. We offer medical, dental, vision, paid vacation as well as a retirement plan. Salary negotiable for right candidate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assisting the Veterinary Technician
- Filling prescriptions
- Customer care and client education
- Hospital cleanliness, filing and restocking
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Invoicing and collecting payments
