Responsible for set-up, maintenance, training and operation of vision inspection equipment. Document all changes made to the system.
Set up vision system. Set all computer parameters. Adjust cameras and light source.
Set up all mechanical aspects of the vision system when necessary, including ware orientors, transfers and shrinkers.
- Utilize blueprints and comparator readings to set dimensional limits.
- Utilize knowledge of visual defects to set visual limits.
- Compile sample sets for set up calibration and challenging according to procedure.
- Maintain and clean vision system equipment daily.
- Document all changes, settings, upgrades, maintenance, etc. to vision system equipment in log at each system.

Pay: $21.47 - $23.53 per hour
