Freckled Poppy is an online women’s boutique hiring Pullers for our shipping department. We are looking for candidates for full-time , working a fixed schedule, Monday through Friday, various shifts available. Since this is a full-time position, candidates will be eligible for health benefits, PTO hours, and discounts on eligible merchandise. Starting pay is $15.00/hour.
Pullers are a part of our Shipping Department and are responsible for making sure orders go out in a timely, efficient manner. Pullers work in cooperation with other departments within the warehouse to ensure inventory is organized and easily accessible. Candidates must be self-motivated and eager to work in tight spaces and in a fast-paced environment. They must have an attention to detail and be comfortable standing and walking through the duration of their shift.
Core Responsibilities:
· Pull product for customer orders
· Assist in managing inventory
· Provide support to shipping department as needed
Typical Physical Requirements:
· Standing and walking up to 8 hours per day
· Bending/Stooping often
· Climbing stairs occasionally
· Reaching above shoulders often
· Carrying up to 50 pounds
· Working in tight areas (between racks, shelves, etc.)
