You are an experienced, dedicated, and accountable warehouse professional looking for an opportunity to join a fast paced company. You possess a high level of organizational skills, excellent time management, solid communication skills, and are a capable multi-tasker. Attendance is vital! The work is Monday - Friday but Saturday’s do happen when things are busy.

What does the Warehouse Associate do?
The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the Warehouse Lead and is responsible for the safe and timely transferring, cycle counting and documenting of production materials and coffee. They will work closely with the Warehouse Lead and Inventory Controller to provide the “hands-on” support required for successful inventory management. The Warehouse Associate will coordinate with the Production Manager to anticipate needs for materials across the production floor. Perfect attention-to-detail and organizational skills are critical.
What we EXPECT of you:
- Load and unload supplies, including pallets and heavy containers which can be in excess of 100 lbs (With help as needed)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick and transfer materials between the warehouse and production floor by end of day the day before the start of a manufacturing order
- Ensure the correct stock lots are picked for each manufacturing order
- Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles are applied in the picking of materials
- Conduct thorough and accurate cycle counts of production materials as scheduled by the Inventory Controller
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse (sweep, trash removal, and maintaining of warehouse equipment)
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as required by the Warehouse Lead
- All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Physical demands: Lifting up to 75 lbs on occasion and 50 lbs regularly, in addition to standing for extended periods of time, reaching, and crouching
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain quality relationships with customers, co-workers, and management
- Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial and sometimes unstructured environment
- Enthusiasm and the ability to achieve goals within a supportive team framework
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift or Dual Reach Truck Experience. Certification preferred
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
