About the Role

Lambda is looking for a Warehouse Associate who can ensure our products are ready for shipment by packaging, labeling, and preparing products for transport. Our ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail and organizational skills to our shipping and packaging procedures and an eagerness to work with a small team.

What You’ll Do

• Pack, weigh, and label products for shipment or storage
• Receive shipments and follow Lambda’s SOP
• Prepare and organize received stock for inventory
• Document all materials that are coming into the warehouse
• Follow all Lambda packaging guidelines
• Assist unloading shipments, accepting, and signing for deliveries from distributors
• Maintain records of our packaging, shipping, and delivery process
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized

You

• Have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Have strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members
• Are detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Have basic shop skills, such as using hand tools
• Are able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

• Experience in a manufacturing or related field is a plus

Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
