Our Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to serve as a member of our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is self-motivated and hard-working. Each warehouse team member is crucial to the overall success of the team and we expect each person to contribute their ideas for continuous improvement. Our work environment is influenced by our customers – craftspeople and artists helping consumers and businesses’ make their environments personal and compelling through art and wall décor.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Pick and pack orders.
• Machine operator – inclusive of pneumatic saws, joiner, and manual saws
• Ability to measure down to 1/16 of an inch
• Quality Assurance/Inspection
• Material handling - Receiving and replenishment of inventory
• Loading & unloading of the delivery truck
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work well in a team environment.

What You Need To Be Successful

• Warehouse/production environment experience
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs assisted
• Can read and recognize product variations
• Basic computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Excellent Math Skills – must be able to measure to 1/16 inch.
• H.S. diploma or GED, preferred
