Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience with learning management system software
- Fielding emails and resolving concerns
- Tracking employee performance and training
- Ability to communicate between all levels of organizational structure
- Support the executives on disciplinary and grievance issues
- Willingness/Openness to learn
- Background in Human Resources or employee leadership
- Display good computer skills & Type 40 WPM
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check and drug screen
