The ADI Division of VIP Distributing is a General Motors Accessories distributor in the Midwest, servicing 175 Chevy, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac Dealers, exclusively, with locations in Bloomington, Illinois, St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri. This particular position is at our St. Louis, Mo. location, and pay starts at $18.00/hour based on experience. Our team works with a collaborative approach and encourages success amongst each of our members. The management team is very hands-on. We invest in our employees and promote from within often.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reads customer orders to identify item(s) to be pulled and their location codes.
• Pull, count and distribute products from warehouse bin locations to the production floor or packs and ships to fill customer orders.
• Enters appropriate information into computer systems to ensure correct inventory counts.
• Moves inventory
• Lift cartons up to 50 lbs on and off skids
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to utilizing all harness equipment, the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out-tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude
• Motivated
• Basic oral and written communication skills
• Lift cartons/objects up to 50 lbs on and off skids
• Forklift skills a plus
