Description
Weatherly Casting & Machine Co is looking for 2nd shift employees to work in our Weatherly, PA location.
Positions include production assistance in our foundry, working with grinding and cleaning metal castings as well as opportunities to train in skilled positions such as molding, core making, pattern making, and ability to move to 1st shift as positions open.
Starting pay is between $17 and $18 depending on the position with a $0.50 shift differential.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, company paid life insurance as well as additional benefits employees may choose such as additional voluntary life insurance, critical illness insurance, etc.
We offer a new hire bonus of $1,000 - $500 upon hire and $500 upon completion of probation.
Requirements:
Ability to stand on feet 8-10 hours a day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability and willingness to do physical work in the foundry environment.
