OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Wedding Planning Representative with a passion for Weddings and mindset to help lead our thriving team! Our Wedding Planning Representative should be eager to assist our couples from the time they book until the day of their wedding.

HOURLY RATE

$20.00 per hour depending on experience


REQUIREMENTS

Location: Southern Region (Spring Branch, Boerne, NB)

Hours: Full-time, Evenings & Weekends Required

Schedule and attend Planning Meetings, Drop-Ins, Private Tastings, Open Houses, and Events

Experience: Proven sales experience/success; Wedding and Event experience preferred

Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History

Physical: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours

Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Planning Representatives take extreme ownership of their responsibilities and are enthusiastic about helping our clients by creating exceptional experiences and life-long memories.


  • Develop relationships with assigned clients by understanding their needs to give a personalized client experience
  • Respond to all clients in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
  • Schedule and attend Planning Meetings, Drop-Ins, Private Tastings, and Open Houses
  • Responsible for gathering all details necessary to effectively execute events such as Timeline, Floor Plan, Ceremony Details, Food and Beverage selections, and Vendor details
  • Work closely with In-House Vendors to enhance the client experience
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of internal product offerings including venue portfolio enhancements, catering, bar offerings, and vendor services
  • Follow the identified sales process including responding to client questions, adding services and products to accounts, and documenting in the sales system
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Attend weekly Regional meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals, and obstacles
