Weekend Admissions Coordinator Job at Chatsworth Park Health Care Center
We are currently looking to hire a motivated and hard working admissions coordinator. The position is from Friday- Monday with potential for 5 days/week
Looking for someone to assist with our admissions process and answer the phones. Job duties include:
1.) Help greet visitors on phone and in person.
2.) Answer phone calls and direct to correct party.
3.) Will help Marketing organize patient admissions.
4.) Will obtain admission information from patients upon arrival.
5.) Will communicate with hospitals and case managers admission information.
6.) Will work with internal team to facilitate patient admissions.
7.) Conduct facility tours as needed.
8.) Complete new admission paperwork.
