PureDropIV is looking for a part-time experienced Receptionist to manage all scheduling operations. Must be energetic, professional and quick to build a rapport with our clients. PureDropIV is a growing company bringing IV hydration and vitamins to our clients in the comfort of their home, hotel or place of business. PureDropIV is a women owed, nurse owned and operated business. We are looking for a Receptionist to help book clients and educate them on the services we have to offer. Our Receptionist will be a valuable asset in maximizing our nurse's weekend schedule.

This can be a very fast paced position, so previous scheduling experience is desired. Also must be a self-starter who has the ability to take initiative to change schedules, deal with cancelations and respond to client requests.

This is not a position with cold calling! We receive calls from interested clients and follow up with clients who have requested our services.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer all incoming client calls and texts
• Monitor email account for leads and client emails
• Educate clients of our services
• Monitor nurse's daily schedule/availability
• Maintain cleanliness of office

Must Have Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Detailed and organized

What will your day look like:

• Arrive at our beautiful office located in Springfield, VA
• Grab a warm cup of coffee or tea
• Log into the company laptop, throw on your headset and hit the ground running!
• Answer calls and texts from clients
• Call and follow up with all incoming leads
• Monitor client facing email account and respond to clients when necessary
• Monitor nurses schedule and availability to add additional appointments

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school or equivalent
• Customer Service: 1-3 years
• Admin Assistant: 1-3 years
• Sales Experience: 1-3 years
• Medical Terminology: 1 year (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
