Monarch Logistics, Inc., an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for part-time/weekend delivery drivers who are enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages out of the Amazon warehouse located at 9817 Old Statesville Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269. DSPs are independent business owners who partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our team members are a vital part of the Amazon customer experience. We are searching for team members who place an emphasis on safety, make customers a priority, understand the importance of first impressions and reflect a professional appearance. Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.50/hour with a weekly bonus for experienced Amazon delivery drivers.
MUST WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS RATE AND BONUS.

Non-experienced Amazon delivery drivers start at $17/hr, will receive extensive training and will be eligible for the experienced rate of $18.50/hr after qualifying.

What’s involved in a workday? As a delivery driver, you'll be driving an Amazon-branded van, stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers Amazon packages to customers in your community.
** CDL license not required.**

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment – CDL is not necessary.
• Able to commit to safe worker practices while driving and delivering packages; including seat belt usage, obeying traffic laws, and being courteous and professional when interacting with Amazon customers.
• Experience: 1-year delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Adaptable, dependable, fast learner.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Looking for weekend drivers - AVAILABLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
• Work up to 10 hours per day with shifts available on the weekends (we also do have full-time availability).
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Stay active delivering 200 or more packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50 lbs or less.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Interact with Amazon customers in a polite and professional manner.
