The Sales Associate provides all guests with the highest level of customer service, guiding them to the products that will best meet their needs, and preparing some menu items. Training will be provided across all our products, software tools, and customer service interactions. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to be a part of a team, as well as to grow personally and professionally with opportunities for training and career growth.

We are the premiere destination in Park City, Utah where locals and visitors alike can discover a curated selection of wellness-minded drinks, foods, and products that support their everyday lives or enhance a vacation. Responsibilities

• Executing quality customer service. Educating, exciting, and guiding customers in their purchasing decisions
• Taking guests orders on the POS, ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete
• Preparing and delivering the made-to-order menu items (smoothies, toasts, acai) to the guests, ensuring that the work environment stays clean, and following all policies and procedures for health and food safety
• Checking stock regularly to ensure proper store organization
• Making appropriate inventory adjustments for expired product on a daily basis
• Submitting inventory counts to manager daily

• Strong verbal and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and consistently on-time
• Adaptable to new technologies
• Exhibits professionalism and preparedness

Skill Sets & Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service / hospitality is preferred
• Food prep: 6 months+ experience making foods in a commercial environment is ideal but not required. Training will be provided
• Willingness to complete or already have a Food Handler!s Certification.Company is willing to pay for certification if needed
• Hours of operation for shifts available (shifts may be flexible based on availability)
• Opening shifts 8:30am-1pm/ 2pm
• Closing shifts 2pm/3pm-6pm
• Weekend availability ideal
• Must be able to reliably commute to work
• Able to stand on feet for 5+ hours
• Interest and willingness to help with social media and marketing

Job type: part-time (10-15 hrs/ week) or full time (30-35 hrs/ week)
Additional hours may be available to help with social media and marketing
Pay: $15-$19/hr (hourly +tip)
