In this store assistant manager / lead role, you will be responsible for leading a team and making sure your team is operating effectively, providing great customer service, and grow the Wing Doozy brand, both culturally with employees as well as externally to customers. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Allow your knowledge of trends and oversight to inform and make shift and team decisions.
  • Continually advance employee knowledge and morale.
  • Take ownership of problems that arise and ensure customer satisfaction in a very timely fashion.
  • Verify and ensure your entire team is working correctly, providing excellent customer service, and continuing to provide a positive attitude. This includes front staff, to cooks, to dishwashers, runners, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous Role(s) in Leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to effectively train and teach employees
  • Ability to step up and humbly take ownership of situations.
  • Ability to have fun at work and pass that charisma to others around you.
  • Genuine care for people. (Customers, Employees, Vendors)
  • Ability to schedule and generate task lists and to see big picture.
  • Ability to motivate and make everyone else around you better.
  • Ability to lead and run a restaurant shift on evenings and/or weekends as needed.
