Winnebago School District has an immediate opening for a part-time Mechanic. This year round position will likely be 25 hours per week and report to the Transportation Director. An applicant who is detail oriented, works well as part of a team, and has mechanic experience is desired. Duties include, but are not limited to: standard maintenance of school-owned buses, vans, cars, maintenance vehicles, and groundskeeping equipment. Applicants willing to obtain a bus driving license with training being provided and paid for are preferred. Pairing the mechanic position with regular bus route driving will constitute full-time during the school year.
