Meet and exceed customer experience and sales objectives for store. Supervise the overall daily operation of a store including hiring, development, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure extraordinary customer experience, cost efficiency, and quality of store operations. Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the store. Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conducts physical inventories.

-Develops and leads a professional retail sales team to ensure achievement of store

-Meets assigned sales performance and profitability goals

-Responsible for all functions of a retail store/kiosk including sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting

-Maintains internal visual merchandising and in-store displays and ensures store appearance meets company standards at all times

-Resolve any shortages or overage issues in location

-Make sure that the store is stock of merchandise

Required Experience:

- Wireless store management: Min 2 years

Required Language:

- Bilingual- Must be fluent speak English/ Spanish
