Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; and ensuring high quality of preparation.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; and maintaining parking lot and walkways.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in trainings.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Your day can begin in the morning to get ready for the lunch guests or end at closing time depending on the scheduling needs. We have immediate openings. We promote from within so be ready to grow with us! We also participate in Daily Pay. You can get paid more frequently than once every two weeks.
