Your Team:
The Office of Enforcement and Neighborhood Services (OENS) leads the agency’s effort to works closely with other HPD divisions and outside community partners to identify buildings in distress assess and develop appropriate strategies to address those properties, and work closely with responsible owners to develop a plan to improve conditions and return buildings to firm financial footing and physical health. OENS uses enforcement tools within its Division of Code Enforcement, Housing Litigation Division, Emergency Repair Program, Environmental Hazard Unit, the Division of Neighborhood Preservation, and the Division of Special Enforcement to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
The Office of Enforcement of Neighborhood Services is composed of eight divisions:
Preservation Services Exec Office (EXEC), Data Management & Technology (DMT), Division of Neighborhood Preservation (DNP), Administration & Internal Compliance (AIC), Housing Litigation Division (HLD), Division of Code Enforcement (DCE), Emergency Operations Division (EOD), Division of Special Enforcement (DSE)

Your Responsibilities:
- Daily, responsible for issuing XRF’s to field Techs & reconciliation of the count to update and maintain daily logbook.
- Coordinate to obtain necessary XRF related supplies such as batteries, ring and dosimeters for the field staff and maintain such records per Protocol
- Perform & maintain related leak tests and maintain records per protocol
- Responsible for recharging the XRF batteries daily
- Notifying Supervisor of any XRF issues in a timely manner
- Working closely with a team of EHU Supervisors; Field Inspectors
- As required drop & pick up XRF; dust wipes and related supplies
Minimum Qual Requirements
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.

Preferred Skills
- Candidates must be proficient with PC software applications such as: Excel, and Microsoft Word and extracting
- Candidates must possess good verbal communication skills.
- Candidates must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
