Details About The Job:

• You will work outside energetically for five to ten minutes then drive to the next job in a company truck we provide
• We supply clients, app, insurance, equipment, tools, supplies, and gasoline
• Rapidly remove waste, litter, germs or odors from each client’s backyard missing nothing
• Our work is quick, quiet, non-toxic, and dust free
• Service Area: Greater Dallas
• We provide branded shirts and jackets
• You provide ranger-green work pants, brown belt, and brown high-topped hiking or work boots
• We provide rain gear (jacket and pants) but you must get rubber work boots for rainy days
• Must have a clean uniform to start each day
• Top earners handle 30 to 35 jobs per day

We’re doing the same as “Park Rangers for the American Backyard.” A ranger is “a person who manages or looks after a park, forest, or area of countryside.” What do park rangers really do? They clean up trash, litter and pet waste from trails and campgrounds. In addition to parks, we service commercial and residential properties so the urban environment is our forest floor.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Good driving record—no at-fault accidents or citations in last three years
• Background check, drug check
• Must have a smartphone
• Ability to read
• Able to lift 20 pounds
• A love of nature, dogs, and being outdoors
• Observant and detail-oriented
• Willing to meet standards of appearance
• Able to endure weather conditions—heat, cold, rain
• Able to walk 7,000 to 15,000 steps per day
• Available to work during minor holidays
• Excellent record of attendance
• No drugs/alcohol permitted during work hours

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Clock in using our app at the start of your workday
• Drive safely to each address using GPS
• Understand the work order and situations of each yard
• Ensure the security of property during each visit
• Work outdoors in any weather conditions (average 8 minutes)
• Check turf, ground cover, mulch, gravel, flower beds, walkways, deck, and patio
• Rake waste into a scoop lined with trash bags
• Tie bag securely and drop into trash container
• Disinfect and deodorize as you go along
• Click to record job completion in our app
• Clock out at the end of your workday
