Montana Reclaimed Lumber is looking to fill a unique full-time, long-term position at Montana Reclaimed Lumber North, in Four Corners.

Our north location is a retail outlet designed to serve the public. Lumber at this location is sold by the board, bundle, or truckload. We also produce custom mantels, accent walls, live edge slabs, and other specialty products.

We are looking to add a hardworking, highly motivated team member to our busy, rapidly growing lumber yard. With a small crew of four, the ideal candidate would be a self-starter who is able to handle a multitude of tasks. This position combines general labor, customer service, and lumberyard tasks. Duties include, but are not limited to:

*Lumber sorting, scaling, stacking, and de-nailing *Yard organization, cleaning, and maintenance *In house sales: helping customers find the correct material to bring their vision to life. This requires patience, people skills and professionalism. *Loading and unloading lumber (forklift training provided)

Qualifications:

*Attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Strong communication skills, Respectful. *Strong math and measuring skills. This position requires the ability to calculate things such as board footage, square footage, and lineal footage *Organization and problem-solving skills *Must work well with others; both employees as well as clients *Ability to work outdoors, regardless of weather *Ability to run a telehandler forklift, chainsaw, and circular saw *Ability to lift up to 75lbs *Ability to identify wood species *Ability to understand the construction terminology *Self-starter, punctual, reliable
