Account Manager/CSR Job at Synerfac Technical Staffing
Job Description:
The customer service representative will be responsible for assisting customers in a variety of ways. Their main tasks will include assisting customers with expedite requests, entering orders, and providing shipping details for orders that have shipped. Once proficient with our products and software, the customer service representative will be able to handle house accounts for quoting, stock checks, and minor purchasing as necessary.
Experience in the Manufacturing/Distribution Industry highly preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full Time (8am - 5pm Monday through Friday)
Benefits: 401K and Health Insurance Offered
Pay: $19-22/hr

- Required - Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service (minimum 1yr)
- Strong Phone Skills
- Possesses Ability to Multitask
- Quick Learner
- Motivated and Self Driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Take initiative to ask questions whenever they arise
- Experience with ERP software preferred, but not required
- Experience in the Manufacturing/Distribution Industry preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Piping, PTFE Hose, and Fittings Preferred, but not required
