**Hybrid position** ** $2000 SIGN ON BONUS ** POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Administrator will enter invoices for payment, follow up on receiver problems and process batches for input to general ledger and sub-ledgers and post results. The position is responsible for creating batches for check printing, check run processing and reconciliation of supplier statements. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Post transactions to AP system and GL.

2. Post transactions to AP system and GL. Follow up with plant and purchasing employees to resolve problems. 3.

Transmit check information to bank. Post to AP system and GL. 4. Process receiver batches for posting to GL.

5. Reconcile monthly vendor statements. 6. Process journal entry for AP accruals.

7. Responsible for imaging and record retention of all accounts payable documents. 8. Manage vendor relations and answer incoming calls.

9. Assist the Accounting team with gathering support documentation for all audits. EXPERTISE REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High school education • Data entry experience • Strong typing skills • AP / AR experience, preferred CODE OF ETHICS: Morgan requires the highest standard of ethics in all business dealings, in particular with customers, suppliers, advisors, employees and authorities. The Accounting Clerk shall actively ensure that his/her own activities and those of all employees within the project meet this obligation.

Never walk past an unsafe act. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required. The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
