The Sales Representative is responsible for the aggregate sales process, including identifying new business, generating and pursuing leads, and servicing existing customers.

Responsibilities
The Sales Representative:
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies
- Sells and promotes products within an assigned territory and group of customers
- Maintains productive working relationships with customers and operating partners
- Leverages technology available (CRM, Oracle, JWS, Power Bi reports, etc.) to track sales activities
- Manages customer relationships and provides the highest level of customer service
- Partners with customers to provide solutions and alleviate concerns “in the field”
- Identifies new markets and targets specific accounts and prospects to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Leverages marketplace feedback to communicate and support the development of new products and services with Levy’s technical experts and management team
- Analyzes market-based on key drivers and recommends direction to manager accordingly
- Provides product quotes to customers
- Provides technical assistance to meet customer needs
- Meets or exceeds all sales goals
- Participating in special projects as required
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in outside sales and/or aggregate sales
- Knowledge of Construction Materials and related industries
- Construction estimating and/or Project management experience preferred
- State, local, and FAA standard specifications knowledge preferred.
- Able to demonstrate past success at managing the sales process and achieving sales goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent problem solver who works well in a team environment
- Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Oracle modules including CRM and Reporting functions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related curriculum preferred
