Responsibilities:

• Code all accounts payable expense invoices with appropriate general ledger accounts for all locations.
• Match parts receiving documentation and parts invoices, companywide.
• Process and post all accounts payable invoices in business system.
• Responsible for companywide credit card bill; this includes collecting, matching, coding and posting all charges for all card holders and reconciling to the monthly credit card statement.
• Collect, monitor, code and post petty cash expenses and invoices for all locations.
• Assist the entire accounting team with daily tasks as needed. Tasks may include but are not limited to A/P, A/R processing, account reconciliations, general ledger posting, organization, filing and scanning of accounting documents.
• Potential for additional accounting / clerical duties to be assigned as needed.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Minimum of two years of accounting experience desired and an Associate's degree in Accounting or an equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of proper accounting terms, procedures, classifications and codes.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Team-player mentalilty.

The pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour.
