GENERAL PURPOSE
This is a development opportunity working under general supervision to manage various Accounts Payable (AP) tasks and initiatives. You will work with an internal AP team from various locations and East Greenville.
In this role, you will experience interaction with many levels of the organization to help provide a high level of support for business needs along with external communications.
This role is temporary in nature. If applicable, any additional pay given to the employee to compensate for their participation in this temporary position will be dependent upon relevant skills and experience as aligned with the temporary pay guidelines and will be discussed prior to the start of the role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under supervision this position performs or assists in the following activities:
- Effectively and professionally interact with a variety of people (both internal and external) at all levels of the organization regarding inquiries and problem resolutions.
- Handle multiple project and administrative tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment with often changing priorities.
- Enter invoices into the Oracle software in order to pay suppliers.
- Operate standard office equipment and personal computers utilizing standard and advanced office automation software and mobile telecommunication tools.
- Scan numerous documents in order to then attach them to Oracle
- Verify banking information from hundreds of vendors in order to have them paid via electronic vs check, will be trained in the verification process and work with TCA (supplier onboarding department) to get the info in the system.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience
High School, some background in softwares, a willingness to learn and excel, MS is a plus. Oracle is a ++,
Skills and Abilities
Strong organization skills and flexibility to handle multiple tasks
Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work
Strong communication skills, e.g., written, verbal, and interpersonal.
General computer and technical experience -Will Train
