The Admin Support candidate will be a part of the Campbell Companies Finance Department. The Finance Department is made up of a team of eleven highly motivated professionals. The Finance Department offers support for all the Campbell Companies subsidiaries. In addition to working within the Finance Department, this position requires back-up support for Campbell Companies receptionist’s breaks, lunch, and sorting incoming and outbound mail.

Job Duties:

  • Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service experience to callers, walk-in customers, and internal customers. Project professionalism and cheerfulness.
  • Candidate should be a self-starter, be self-motivated, and be able to perform responsibilities with little supervision.
  • Back-up main receptionist, keep front desk/lobby organized and maintain professional appearance.
  • Process/sort/deliver company mail.
  • Contact Campbell Companies’ customer accounts. Answer questions, resolve disputes, collect and process payments, and research discrepancies.
  • Position is 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8AM–5PM, benefited.

Required Qualifications:

  • Work safely at all times
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Achieve high standard of attendance and punctuality
  • Typing, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to sit at desk or stand/walk for periods of time

Experience:

  • Collections 1-2 years (preferred)
  • Work experience in the credit industry 1-2 years (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, etc).

Education:

  • High school degree (required)
