We are seeking a temporary Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success!
Looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, strong communication both verbal & written, positive attitude, friendly, and QuickBooks experience nice to have as well.
About the role:
- Starting immediately - May 15th, 2023. Need to make sure candidate is comfortable and can commit to this time period. You must be reliable and timely.
- Working hours 10:00am - 4:00pm PT
- Monday - Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Calling clients to set-up appointments
- Follow-up calls to clients to request information
- Office filing
- Maintain office calendar
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Can work independently
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
