Overview & Responsibilities
Overview:
Performs secretarial, administrative and other miscellaneous duties as required with speed, accuracy and skill.
Answers all incoming telephone calls and welcomes and directs all visitors.
Maintains departmental files and has material available as needed for reference or follow-up.
Compiles and prepares diversified, regular, and special reports.
Orders departmental supplies; makes copies; scans documents; receives and prepares messages; makes arrangements for equipment repairs as needed; and runs errands as assigned (outside as well as inside plant).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma.
Experience operating personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
